To ensure optimal guest satisfaction, we ask that you arrive 5 minutes early for salon services and 10 minutes early for massages/facials, so that your appointment may begin at the scheduled time. Late arrival may result in shorter service time or the need to reschedule.
As a courtesy to our commissioned service providers, we respectfully ask that guests provide a 24 hour notice for appointment cancellation so that others may avail themselves to freed time slots. When a client cancels the day of or less than 24 hours, it’s hard to fill a spot on short notice. If the appointment becomes a no-call no-show, you will be charged 100% of your booked service. Which means at the time of scheduling your appointment, we will ask for your credit card information on services over 1 hour. Your information will not be shared and will only be used if you do not show up for your appointment. Emergency circumstances will be given special considerations.
Gratuities are not included in service pricing but are encouraged in recognition of outstanding service. At your discretion, tips may be delivered personally or left at check out to be delivered to your service provider.
Under our “SERVICES” page, we list our services and prices. Please be aware that the price listed may not be the exact amount you are charged when you checkout. When it comes to hair services, due to everyone having different hair, a particular look may take longer and/or more product than another person. During your consultation, your stylist will go over exactly what is needed to be done and how much to achieve your desired look.
Indulge gift certificates are available in any dollar amount and will never expire.
PRIVATE PARTIES/ON-SITE SERVICES
We offer exclusive access to the salon for parties, bridal parties & other events. We can provide food/drinks and close the salon so that it’s you and your guests only. Ideal for bridal, birthday, baby/wedding shower or just a fun girls night out! For more details and pricing, please contact Tara Hoback.
If you would like to schedule an appointment or if you have questions please call the salon @ 918-876-1250. However if it’s during non-business hours, you may call and leave a message but understand we will not get it until we open. Another option is to contact us via Facebook and send a message, we will respond as quickly as possible. You can also contact us through this website under the “Contact” tab above. Most of the time we will be able to schedule an appointment soon after you contact us however there may be times we will have to wait until we open.
